What does boiler cover include?

Our boiler cover includes annual safety servicing, 24/7 breakdown repair, parts and labour, central heating system protection, thermostat and controls, and radiator repair and balancing. All under one comprehensive plan.

How often should my boiler be serviced?

We recommend servicing your boiler every 12 months. An annual service keeps your boiler running efficiently, helps maintain the manufacturer's warranty, and allows our engineers to spot minor issues before they become expensive breakdowns.

Do you cover all boiler brands?

Yes. Our engineers are trained and experienced across all major boiler brands including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Viessmann, Potterton, Glow-worm and many more. If you're unsure about your brand, just call us and we'll confirm.

What happens if my boiler can't be repaired?

Our Fixed or Replaced guarantee means that if your boiler is beyond economical repair, we will replace it with an equivalent model at no extra charge to you. We'll handle supply and installation — all included in your plan.

Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?

Yes, without exception. It is a legal requirement for any engineer working on gas appliances to be Gas Safe registered. Every Aurex Plan engineer carries their Gas Safe ID card and you can request their registration number before any work begins.
